Rose

First of all, this is a beautiful capture, and your technique is lovely. However, I find much more of a message in this than just your average photograph of a flower or other plant life.
I love that the rose is just starting to wilt. It really gives an interesting and almost ominous "death comes for even the most beautiful things" kind of feeling that the spider in the bottom right just adds to. Even with beauty, the creepiness or foreboding of "evil" still has a dominant presence.
The sharpness of the photo, positioning of the flower, as well as the lighting and soft pastel color grabs the eye, but once one really starts looking, there's a deep and meaningful underlying message. Wonderful job, this is a fantastic piece.
